An Introduction

I have read many blogs for years and found them to be very cluttered.  I have therefore decided to group my postings according to themes.  And these are as follows.
  1. Food with Juyee - this blog
  2. Cooking with Little Charlemagne - on Teochew dishes, steamed cakes etc.
  3. Chaoshan Language and Culture 潮汕文化 on Teochew culture 潮洲文化
  4. Gluten free with Juyee - on cooking and baking which does not have any wheat or related products which have gluten
Therefore, if you are not interested in an area, like things Teochew, you just skip all the postings pertaining to this topic by not visiting that particular blog.

I hope to share my passion for food in this blog, such as food / dishes which are not Teochew but could be Northern Chinese or Cantonese or Iranian or others or even English. ^_~
